Directions

Taxi service from the Puerto Vallarta airport costs around $50 to $80 dollars.

The hotel can make arrangements for pickup from the airport directly to Hotel Cielo Rojo.

The ride along the coast is about 30 minutes long.

Public transportation by bus costs about $5 dollars. The bus makes one or two stops before San Pancho and the ride is approx. 40 minutes long.

Getting to San Pancho by Car
Head North on Highway 200 (towards Tepic). After approx 35 kilometers on the coastal highway you will see the San Francisco (San Pancho) town entrance on the left.

However, to turn left and enter the town pull off to the right shoulder and wait until it is clear on both sides before turning left -- in Mexico a blinking left turn signal on the highway means "it's OK to pass"
