One of our finest and most dedicated farmers is Britta Jankay, whose nearby Ranchito del Mar farm has been supplying the region with high quality organic produce for the last 7 years. Britta, who is also an organic certification inspector, is loved and admired by many people for her important contributions to our community wellness. Due to popular demand, Britta has agreed to offer tours of her beautiful farm, from where the fresh, vibrant flavors that grace our menu come! The importance of knowing from where our food comes, and the people who give it the love and care necessary to thrive, cannot be over estimated!
